ibis was a pleasant surprise - comfy bed, great shower, and friendly staff. Location was perfect, just steps from Copacabana beach. Definitely exceeded my expectations for a relaxing escape from the city chaos.

Great value for money. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a wide range of options and was better than most breakfasts we had in South America. The hotel's location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff, especially Polly, were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the receptionists organized a visit to a bar for us. I'll recommend this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located, near the commercial center of Copacabana and just a short walk from the beautiful beach. The room was comfortable, with a good shower pressure and a cozy bed. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered a decent selection of food, including tasty breads and fruits. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal was strong in the room, allowing easy connectivity.

The lobby area and front desk staff lacked warmth and could be more welcoming to non-Portuguese speakers.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the beach, making it easy to access the beautiful waterfront. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service.

The hotel had a slight old smell in the hallway and in the room, which was not very pleasant. there was a language barrier as most of the staff did not speak English, making communication difficult.

The hotel had very comfortable and clean rooms, with a bed that provided a good night's sleep. the location was also great, just a short walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Plus, they provided towels and umbrellas for guests to use at the beach, which was a nice touch.

The hallway leading to our room had an unpleasant odor, as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. our bathroom door wouldn't close properly, which was a bit of an annoyance.
