Amazing surroundings, delicious food

We stayed at a hotel surrounded by beautiful vineyards and apple plantations. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options for breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our room was uncomfortable and the bed was extremely hard. In addition, some of the staff members were rude and not at all welcoming. We didn't feel like we received good value for our money and left feeling unsatisfied.
