Arriving by Cortina Express bus is recommended. Hotel hosts are welcoming and helpful, especially Elena. Clean rooms with lovely balconies and breathtaking views. Consistent Wi-Fi and pleasant Continental breakfast. Convenient location near bus stop, cafes, shops, church, and beautiful lake.

I recently spent Christmas at a charming hotel in a beautiful mountainous area, and was impressed with the warm welcome and helpfulness of the hosts. the location is a bit tricky to get to, but the views from my room's balcony were breathtaking, and the hotel's main street location made it easy to explore the nearby attractions. the room and common areas were thoroughly cleaned, and the consistent Wi-Fi allowed for staying connected. the continental breakfast spread was quite pleasant each morning.

I did find that it was a bit noisy at times, perhaps due to the hotel's location along the main road. the dinner options at the hotel were limited, so I ended up having to venture out to nearby cafes.
