The staff at the reception and bar were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. They made our stay much more enjoyable. The location of the hostel was also great, being only a short walk from both the train station and cruise terminal. It was super convenient for exploring the city. having a lift available for all floors was a plus, especially when we had heavy luggage to carry.

The noise level in the hostel was unbearable. Despite the hostel having quiet hours past 10pm, other guests were extremely loud and inconsiderate.

The central location allows for exploring the city with ease. the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist guests. The rooms were comfortable, with cozy beds and lockers for personal belongings. The breakfast provided a variety of options to suit different tastes, and there is a bar on-site for added convenience. the atmosphere of the hostel was lively and vibrant, perfect for meeting fellow travelers.

Although the hostel had many positives, some guests mentioned that the shared toilets were not always clean.

We had a blast attending the Coffee and Beer and Play event. There were endless games, delicious coffee, and, of course, beer! We laughed. It was the ultimate party for young people looking to have a good time!

If there's one thing we could ask for, it would be more late-night activities. While the Coffee and Beer and Play event was incredible, we wished there were more options for us party-loving teenagers to keep the fun going into the early hours.

I recently stayed at Hotello for a few nights and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The location, right next to the train/bus station, was incredibly convenient. The bar downstairs and on the terrace were perfect for relaxing with a drink. But the true standout was the staff - Anna, Maja, Youna, Natasha, Monju, Steve. They went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The room layout was great, with good storage under the bed and comfortable beds. The daily housekeeping kept everything clean and tidy.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for things to do in the city and answering all of my questions. Additionally, the free breakfast offered a variety of options, including sandwiches, fruits, and cereals. I was very impressed with the hotel facilities, transportation accessibility, and the attentive staff.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location just 5 minutes from the train station and close to restaurants and bars. The staff, from the receptionist to the bartenders, were super nice and helpful. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and having a bathroom in every room, along with a community bathroom on each floor, was a great feature. The rooftop bar was absolutely stunning, and the dedicated female rooms were appreciated. the hostel provided everything we needed as bike riders.

Felt immediately at home, no complaints whatsoever.
