The location of the hotel offers stunning views of Mt Agung and the Bali sea, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The staff at the hotel were kind and accommodating, always willing to assist with any requests. The rooms were well-equipped and included basic amenities, while the free mini bar was a pleasant surprise.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the floors and towels, which made the stay slightly uncomfortable.

I had such a great time staying at this place. The location is amazing, with stunning views of the ocean and the nearby mountains. The pool with its breathtaking view was definitely the highlight for me. In the evening, the water felt so warm and relaxing, I didn't want to get out. Plus, I could even enjoy a drink by the pool and have it in the water! Such a unique experience.

This hotel is perfect for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to this destination.

Two complimentary drinks were provided as a welcome gesture, which was a pleasant surprise. the location was convenient, with many nearby restaurants and shops. the view from the pool was amazing; it felt like being on top of the world.

The cleanliness of the room was a major issue. the bedding had visible stains and the floors were dirty.
