Great value for money in city center with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including a good bakery at the street corner. Very comfortable family bed in a room in good condition. Perfect cappuccino and newly made coffee served during breakfast.

I recently stayed at Ibis Styles in Milan and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious and the staff was incredibly helpful. The location was great, just a few metro stops away from the city center. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were suitable for families with children, as they had a double bed plus two single beds.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the metro station just a stone's throw away. Additionally, being near to the central station and with good connections to downtown made exploring the city a breeze.

The subpar service at the reception let down the overall experience. The staff seemed unhelpful and dismissive, refusing even reasonable requests and citing "hotel policy" as the reason for rejection.

We had a great stay at Ibis Styles! The staff was friendly and helpful, even giving us a complimentary bottle of water for our long trip. The hotel offered reasonable prices, especially considering that my kids had their own beds and desks. They loved their own corner above. The location was convenient, close to the MRT/Lima station and within walking distance to the central train station. The room was clean, comfortable, and had stable WiFi. We also appreciated the staff's recommendation of a lovely restaurant nearby.

The hotel provided comfortable beds and even had power plug adapters available, which came in handy. the location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and plenty of nice restaurants nearby. the hotel had a space for leaving luggage, which was helpful for those arriving early or departing late.

The staff's behavior was mixed, with some being friendly and others almost hostile. the expensive wifi was a major drawback, costing 12 Euros for just 24 hours.

Had a wonderful Xmas stay, two complementary facts offered which were very appreciated. the location was perfect for exploring the city with many attractions nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We also found the noise coming from a device on the roof to be disturbing during the night, and the shower cabin was quite small. Despite these minor inconveniences, we still had a pleasant stay overall.
