Conveniently located near shops and attractions, as well as a public parking lot. The staff was friendly and helpful in suggesting local dining options and helping with virtual key access. The breakfast options were varied and delicious.

The virtual key system was not very user-friendly, requiring a charged phone with roaming data. The lack of interesting sights in the local area was a disappointment.

This hotel in the heart of the city offers excellent value for money. Its convenient location, right in the center of all the historic places of Ferrara, makes it a perfect base for exploring the area. The staff, particularly Graciela and Alessandra, are extremely attentive and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The basic amenities provided in the rooms, including clean bathrooms, met all our needs. And let's not forget the delicious homemade cakes served for breakfast - a real treat!

The room was clean, comfortable, and had a cozy atmosphere. The staff, especially Alessandra, was wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided was delicious as well. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ferrara.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The service provided by the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast served is excellent and varied, and the common areas are homely with books and magazines to enjoy.
