We had a delightful stay at a lovely hotel in the heart of a charming town. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the historic center and the beautiful lake. The hotel itself had impressive lounges and a stunning cloister that added to the overall charm. Our room was spacious and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. The staff was always polite and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast provided was above average for a 3-star hotel, offering a variety of delicious options. Additionally, we were pleased to find plenty of free parking available nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

A true gem! Impeccable cleanliness, friendly staff, stunning views, tranquil atmosphere. The gardens are beautiful and the hotel offers convenient parking. Free boat rides to Isola Bella are a bonus. Breakfast is delicious and the air conditioning and Wi-Fi work perfectly. Intra city is charming.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the delicious traditional dishes served at the restaurant. The convenient location of this hotel, just a short walk away from the town center and the beautiful lake, made it easy for us to explore the surroundings.

While we had a great time overall, we did experience some noise disturbances from other guests during the night. the room was a bit small for our liking.
