The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the famous Duomo. The central location allowed us to easily explore all the attractions, shops, and restaurants in the area. Our room was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, providing us with a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering assistance with our luggage and even helping us secure tickets to a popular art exhibition.

There were some issues with noise from outside the room, which affected our sleep quality.

The location was fantastic, just a short 5-minute walk to the Duomo, and yet it still felt super quiet. The stylish Aparthotel added to the overall appeal.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of town near the Duomo. The staff, especially Matar and Susannah, were friendly, helpful. a wonderful experience for families.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Milano, near the famous Duomo. The interior of the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the team goes above and beyond to make you feel like you're in a five-star hotel. From little extras like bathrobes and slippers, to thoughtful gifts of water, juice, and cookies, everything was perfect. Even when we encountered a small issue, the staff handled it exceptionally well, offering apologies and immediate and generous solutions. We have stayed at many luxury hotels before, but the price-performance ratio at Intomilan Galleria Duomo I Boutique & Design Aparthotel is truly outstanding. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milano.
