We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been more perfect for us, as it was just a short distance away from the conference we needed to attend. It was so convenient and saved us a lot of travel time. Additionally, being near Como lake was a huge bonus, as we were able to explore the beautiful scenery and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

The breakfast and dinner offered interesting options, though the service could be slow at times. the location of the hotel was convenient, being near the train station and allowing ease of travel to nearby attractions. the New Year's festivities included a fireworks display that was a nice touch.

The noise insulation between rooms was incredibly poor, making it difficult to sleep at times. the staff could be unapproachable and unhelpful, which detracted from the overall experience.

We stayed at this truly amazing designer hotel for a week and it was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. The staff was extremely polite and the service was friendly. The sheets and towels were of perfect quality and the rooms had real parquet flooring with thick carpet. The restaurant, with its award-winning chef, had an excellent menu and the food was exceptional. Despite being in a small and calm town, the hotel had completely soundproof windows, making our stay peaceful and quiet.
