Had the worst Christmas at a B&B located in a remote area. The lodge was nicely decorated and had a wonderful outdoor view. Plus, their breakfast was decent enough to start the day off.

The host was a nightmare. She wouldn't let us kick back and relax. The rules were too strict and she had no Christmas spirit. Not to mention, the bathrooms were cramped and outdated. We were stuck in the middle of nowhere and had to drive miles to find attractions. We won't be coming back here again.

The breakfast is outstanding, with a wide variety of options and cooked-to-order dishes. The lounge area provides a relaxing space for guests to unwind. Guests can also enjoy browsing through the extensive collection of interesting books.

The parking in the drive can be a bit tight for larger vehicles.

The housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring that our room was always clean and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail, with thoughtful touches such as high-quality bed linens, fresh towels, and a well-equipped bathroom with complimentary toiletries. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, providing a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. We also enjoyed the various amenities offered, including an ironing facility, tea and coffee making facilities, and a comfortable sitting area both inside and outside on the terrace. we were impressed with the enhanced comfort and quality services provided at this hotel.

Felt like a true getaway, nothing was too much trouble.

I loved the variety of performances at the Pitlochry Festival Theatre, like a theater marathon! Highland Safaris gave me the ultimate 5-star adventure. And wow, the Fish Ladder, because who doesn't want to watch Atlantic Salmon migrate? And House of Bruar, where I could pretend to be posh.

Oh well, no Menzies Claymore for me, I guess.

De locatie was ideaal, heel dichtbij het centrum van Renesse. Binnen 2 minuten lopen stond je al op het gezellige kerkplein met winkeltjes en eetgelegenheden. Ook het strand was slechts een korte wandeling van ongeveer 10 minuten verwijderd. Hierdoor kon je optimaal genieten van de omgeving zonder ver te hoeven reizen.

Een minpuntje was dat er in het hotel zelf weinig te doen was. Het was prima om er te slapen en te ontbijten, maar als je iets gezelligs wilde drinken moest je beter naar het dorp gaan.

We loved everything about Brae House B&B! Amazing breakfast, comfortable accommodations, clean rooms. Perfect location with car charger and easy access to Aberfeldy. Friendly and informative host. Can't wait to return!
