The hotel is conveniently located very close to the Spinale gondola, making it easy to access the Madonna di Campiglio ski area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good shower. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always willing to fulfill special dietary requirements. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including hot and cold choices.

The soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, as some guests have mentioned being able to hear noises from other rooms during the night.

Friendly helpful staff, free parking, convenient location, ski bus stop, tasty breakfast. Terrace with mountain view, old fashioned but charming. Good half board dinner option. Lovely nearby restaurants, close to center. Great service staff, happy with half board option. Walking distance to Cabin Spinale. Convenient coffee option in lobby. Wonderful location, close to center and restaurants. Staff are really lovely.

The staff were pleasant and the room was tidy - we didn't have any issues with the housekeeping. The location was close to the lifts and easily accessible. The food was adequate - we had breakfast and dinner included in our stay.

Our romantic escape was not as enjoyable as we hoped. The room was cramped and didn't have any charm or character that we were expecting. The walls were thin, and we could hear everything that was going on in the neighbouring rooms. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive to our needs. we were disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway.
