Clean, comfortable rooms. Good location near the Vatican and other attractions. Warm welcome and great service from the hosts. Convenient access to bus stops and airport. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Well-decorated room with comfortable bed. Nice view from the high floor. Delicious breakfast delivered to the room.

No negatives from this place.

The location was very convenient, near a shopping district and within easy reach of the main attractions. The room was clean and had all the standard amenities, including a great bathroom.- The breakfast offered a good selection and was delivered to the room at the requested time.

The old lift in the building was unreliable and often didn't work, which was frustrating, especially on hot summer days. There was some noise from the guest house on the floor above, which disturbed our sleep on a few occasions.

The location in Prati/Vatican Area is convenient, but noisy due to the main street. The building and rooms on the 5th floor felt safe. The friendly check-in staff allowed me to leave my bags while waiting for the room. The service by Chef Mr. Yousuf exceeded expectations, with clean and timely assistance. Elisa provided good customer service, ensuring our needs were met during the stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this guest house. The room was spacious, fresh, and well-decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The location of the guest house is excellent, with shops and cafes nearby, and it is within walking distance to many top sights. The breakfast, delivered to the room each morning, was delicious and a highlight of my stay. The manager, Jeff, was incredibly helpful and provided great advice about the city. Iulia Guest House felt like a cozy and comfortable place to stay in Rome.

Didn't dislike anything about the property. 👍

We had a beautiful suite at the centrally located Guest House Iulia. The room was tastefully decorated with small love details and everything was very clean. The transfer from the airport was well organized and the staff, including the owner, were friendly and accommodating. our stay was pleasant and I would recommend the Guest House Iulia for anyone visiting Rome.

I had a wonderful stay at Guest House Iulia! The location was perfect, within walking distance to the Vatican and close to bus stops and the Lepanto Metro. The room was cozy and always kept clean. Frederica and Lisa were incredibly welcoming and caring, always available to assist us through WhatsApp. They even helped us book a last-minute airport transfer. it was a great experience at Guest House Iulia.

The value for money at Guest House Iulia was excellent, with a clean, cozy and modern room. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Vatican shopping street, with cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. The staff gave us a warm welcome and provided helpful travel tips.

The only thing that could make the morning meal even better at Guest House Iulia would be to have more croissants available.
