First visit, staff helped with plug adaptors. Place suits perfectly. Has all I need: Free Wi-Fi, Outdoor pool, Laundry, Restaurant, Flat-screen TV. No pets, No smoking. Great amenities for a trip.

the rooms are very clean and well presented - located near beautiful fragrant trees. the staff are very friendly and helpful. enjoyed the comfortable bed and appreciated the fast food nearby.

The location is good and relatively quiet despite being close to the highway. the bed was comfortable, rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the spacious room in the lodge area was well equipped and tidy. the pool area and sun terrace provided relaxation. Nearby landmarks like the Australian Army Infantry Museum and Burdekin Park offered unique family bonding experiences. the early housekeeping disturbance was a downside to an otherwise enjoyable stay.

We had a blast at the Family Entertainment Center, with the kids enjoying every moment of the interactive games and thrilling rides. the cozy lodging at the Lodge was perfect for our large family, providing ample space and comfort for all of us to relax after a fun-filled day.

In my wife's opinion, more kids' activities would enhance the family experience.

I stayed at a hotel close to the beautiful Hunter Valley wineries. The location was convenient as it was near a shopping centre and plenty of places to eat. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a decent sized bathroom. The service was friendly and accommodating. The hotel had facilities such as a bar and restaurant, along with fluffy towels and coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

The soundproofing could have been better.

Safe property, secretarial services available and Wi-Fi access for my tech needs. Security measures in place. I had a fantastic time pretending to surf the internet while sipping on a drink at the bar.

Who doesn't love being woken up by housekeeping at 8 AM? Pure bliss!
