The rooms were immaculate and the location was great. The staff were amazing, especially when my wife fell sick. They called a doctor, recommended healthy meals, and even sent them promptly to our room. The room service was quick and efficient, and the whole experience was made spectacular by the hospitable staff of The Place Firenze. I highly recommend this hotel for its welcoming environment and attentive service.

I recently stayed at The Place in Florence for a few nights and it was a wonderful experience. The staff at the hotel are incredibly welcoming and the decor throughout the property is tastefully done. Despite the rooms and bathrooms being on the smaller side, the elegance of the room more than makes up for it. The hotel's central location is perfect, as it is close to popular attractions such as the squares, bridge, restaurants, and station. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the main attractions. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided.

The soundproofing in the rooms could have been better, as some noise from outside could be heard. Additionally, the rooms were a bit small, which made it a bit cramped at times.

The staff were exceptional, friendly, and always available. The hotel was beautiful and of the highest quality. The food was fantastic. Very welcoming environment.

Enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet with the option to customize your meal. Don't miss the pancakes! The outdoor patio is a great spot for dinner, especially if you try the Filet and Truffle dish. And the homemade Gelato made by the chef is simply amazing!

The front desk team were amazing and friendly. the concierge offered excellent restaurant recommendations. The location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance of the train station and key attractions. The on-the-house tea and cappuccinos, along with J.K. cookies, added a homely touch that I really enjoyed.

The rooms were small and some faced an inside court, which made fresh air a bit of an issue. The food in the hotel restaurant was not the best experience.
