This hotel is great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. It's located on a quiet side street close to the river, making it quite a nice place to stay. Despite its peaceful location, it's right in the center, within easy walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing basic amenities in the rooms with plenty of towels and even mosquito repellent. The breakfast is outstanding, with a wide variety of options including ham and cheese, copious amounts of fresh coffee, and it's all included in the rate.

All was satisfactory, nothing to improve.

The breakfast every morning was wonderful, with fresh and delicious options. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The location was great, just a short walk from the downtown area and major attractions. The AC problem was promptly fixed without any further issues. The extra bed in the room was comfortable and perfect for our needs. The bike rental was a great bonus and we enjoyed exploring the city on two wheels.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel that had a great location. It was near everything we wanted to see, so we could easily walk to the main sights. They offered free parking and provided all necessary information. The continental breakfast had a good variety of choices. The hotel also provided a place to rent bikes, which was convenient for exploring the area.

The WiFi connection was very bad or sometimes non-existent, which was a bit frustrating.

Friendly and helpful staff, particularly Lucia the desk clerk, who provided great recommendations and made our stay enjoyable. Small but well-equipped rooms with new and shiny bathroom facilities and comfortable beds. Varied and delicious breakfast with options like cheese, ham, eggs, and sweet pastries. Good WiFi coverage throughout the building. Clean hotel with an elevator for convenience. Walking distance to the historical center, with plenty of local restaurants along the way for an authentic Italian experience. Consistent breakfast with a wide selection of dishes to choose from, and it's free. The option to park in an affiliated private parking nearby for a reasonable fee of €15 per day.

During our stay at Hotel Jane, we were lucky enough to meet Lucia, the receptionist. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and stress-free. With her excellent English skills, she provided us with valuable information and recommendations for exploring the city. Additionally, Lucia helped us purchase advance tickets for the Uffizi Gallery, saving us from the long queues. Her knowledge and assistance truly made a difference in our trip to Florence.

The only downsides were the lack of English TV channels and the occasional lack of choices during breakfast, especially for vegetarians. However, these issues were minor compared to the overall positive experience we had at Hotel Jane.
