Additionally, Lucia helped us purchase advance tickets for the Uffizi Gallery, saving us from the long queues. Her knowledge and assistance truly made a difference in our trip to Florence.

The only downsides were the lack of English TV channels and the occasional lack of choices during breakfast, especially for vegetarians. However, these issues were minor compared to the overall positive experience we had at Hotel Jane.
