The location was perfect, right by the ferries, taxi terminal, and main tourist road. The room was clean, spacious, and well-ventilated. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel had a safe in the room, iron and ironing board. The breakfast was elaborate with an omelette station, waffles, meat buffet, fruit, yogurt. The hotel had a quiet street at night, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. a great hotel with inviting entrance and lobby.

The breakfast at Mexicana was tasty, with a plan made by the supervisor for the fridge and coffee facilities.

The hotel was conveniently located just a 2 minute walk from the ferry port, making it very easy to access. It was also a short distance from the pier and taxi station, so getting around was a breeze. The room had a comfortable bed and a sofa which added to our relaxation. The service provided by the receptionists was exceptional, as they were always helpful and accommodating. The breakfast at the nearby sister hotel was delicious and provided a great start to our day.

No complaints, everything was perfect!

The location is a total bonus as they are just a block away from the square and a block from the water. Being central made it very convenient for our type of travel. The service and staff were excellent, always accommodating our personal needs. The basic amenities provided were great, and the rooms, although a bit dark and oddly furnished, were very clean and spacious. The breakfast at the nearby sister hotel Mexicani was awesome, and the fact that they had a swimming pool and free bicycle rental was a really good addition.

The hotel was also conveniently located near the harbor, making it easy to catch a boat to explore the beautiful island. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and refreshing experience after a day of exploring. The service provided by the staff was excellent, as they were friendly and accommodating to all of our needs.

The hotel lacked in terms of facilities for leisure activities, such as a pool or fitness center.

The included breakfast at the sister hotel, Casa Mexicana, was a definite highlight, offering a delicious buffet spread. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance, including great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and sites in El Cento. The HD flat-screen TV and the safe in the room were convenient amenities. I had a fantastic stay at Suites Colonial and would highly recommend it.
