The hotel had a beautiful view and the location was perfect for a winter holiday. We enjoyed the Christmas decorations and the festive atmosphere. the indoor pool was great for relaxing after a day of skiing.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! The location is incredible, with direct access to a funicular for convenient transportation. The food is of the highest quality, with a changing menu of 5 dishes, delicious desserts, and a great selection of wines and cheese. The air is refreshing, and the views from the windows are stunning. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished. The highlight is the amazing SPA complex, which includes thermal pools, jacuzzis, saunas, and baths. We were so impressed that we decided to extend our stay. The director of the hotel was very accommodating and solved all our inquiries. Highly recommended!

The masseuse, originally from Sri Lanka, had the most radiant smile that immediately put us at ease. Although the massage fell short of our expectations, his friendly demeanor made up for it. Apart from this minor setback, everything else about our experience was fantastic. The hotel itself is one of the best places we have ever been to. The staff was incredibly friendly, and their polite and attentive nature added to the overall warm atmosphere. The highlight of our evenings was undoubtedly the excellent dinner served every night. Each meal was a culinary delight, leaving us fully satisfied. The spa zone was nothing short of fantastic, offering a tranquil retreat for relaxation, and the swimming pool was a refreshing treat. The bar was a standout feature, boasting an extensive menu of delightful drinks. The skilled and professional bartenders never failed to impress us with their attentiveness.
