The location of the hotel is fantastic, being close to the city centre and a shopping mall. We were also delighted to find a beautiful mosque nearby, which added to the cultural experience of our stay. The room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes.

We did encounter some issues with the parking, as the maximum rate per day was quite high for guests who frequently go in and out of the hotel.

The Utm Hotel & Residence in Kuala Lumpur exceeded my expectations with its central location, spacious rooms, and stunning views of KL. The hotel's direct access to a shopping mall made it easy to find delicious food options and explore nearby cafes. The staff was friendly and the facilities, including a big pool and bowling alley, were impressive. The availability of a mosque nearby was also a convenient feature. it was a satisfying stay.

The room was spacious and generally clean. the hotel was conveniently located near the city center and public transportation. the complimentary breakfast was quite good.

The customer service was subpar, as workers were careless with private information and room assignments. the room amenities were also underwhelming, with dysfunctional stovetops and broken TV antennas.
