I recently stayed at Kairos By Florence Art for a week and it was fantastic! The location was perfect for exploring the city, with great restaurants and a gelato shop right on the same street. The apartment itself was spacious and modern, with beautiful decor that highlighted the original wood and brick features. The kitchenette was fully equipped and even had a washer/dryer. The staff, especially Celia, were incredibly helpful and responsive. I loved every minute of my stay and have already booked a return visit!

We loved our experience so much that we are already planning to return in March. the room was incredibly spacious with high ceilings and a modern design. It was also very clean, and we appreciated the air conditioning during our stay. the facilities were perfect, with amenities like a dishwasher and washing machine. the modern TV with Disney and/or Netflix was a great addition, and our kids loved the revolving reading chair. the location of the hotel is unbeatable, situated in the heart of the city and close to all the major attractions, shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. We also loved that there was a taxi stand just a block away, making it incredibly convenient to get around. the staff at Kairos By Art Apartments were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.

Best hotel in Florence. Soundproof and centrally located. Early and late luggage storage available. Clean and spacious rooms for families. Extra touches like wine and coffee provided. Definitely would choose this place again.

My family and I recently stayed at Kairos By Florence Art Apartments and we absolutely loved it! The location was perfect, with all the major attractions within walking distance. We also found plenty of amazing restaurants nearby, so we never needed a car or taxi. The spacious and modern room comfortably accommodated my family of six, and having a kitchen and dining table was a great bonus. Despite a few mosquitoes, we had a fantastic stay overall. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and comfortable accommodations. I had a wonderful experience at Kairos By Florence Art Apartments and would definitely recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay at Kairos by Florence Art Apartments. the apartment was clean and spacious, perfect for our family of 5. It was conveniently located on a lively street, with great amenities such as a panino shop, gelato shop, and supermarket just steps away. the extra touches in the apartment, like the welcome bottle of wine and coffee pods, made our stay even more enjoyable. the host, Sylvia, was amazing and always available to answer our questions. She even helped us schedule a private driver for a day trip to Tuscany. We highly recommend Kairos by Florence Art Apartments for a pleasant and convenient stay in Florence.

The location of this place was mind-blowing! Close to everything you need - city center, river, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee bar. The staff was super helpful, suggesting where to find a blanket for our daughter and even arranging a taxi for our flight. We loved the awesome colored lights on the windows each night! The apartment itself was jaw-dropping, with modern design, ensuite bathrooms, and plenty of space. It had all the amenities we could possibly need, from free wi-fi to a flat-screen TV. The outdoor dining area was a nice touch, and the welcome drink was a pleasant surprise. The staff made our VIP check-in and check-out a breeze, and the lift was convenient for bringing up our luggage. The air conditioning kept us cool, and it was great to have a no-smoking policy on site. this place was a true gem and definitely the best accommodation we had in Italy. We miss it already!
