Totally recommend for a flash stay

Friendly staff, convenient location with a short drive from the airport, made our stay enjoyable, and the complimentary breakfast provided a variety of hot and cold options to start the day right.

I was highly disappointed during my stay. The room had a bothersome musty smell that detracted from the experience, making it uncomfortable. Additionally, the check-in process felt disorganized, and I encountered issues with room charging that only added to my frustration. Overall, the cleanliness and comfort of the room did not meet my expectations, leaving a sour note on my visit.

I stayed a perfect 3 nights with my family, and we absolutely loved the complimentary breakfast, which had a wide variety beyond the usual eggs and bacon! The wonderful staff, especially Kevin, made our visit memorable with their excellent service and local dining recommendations. Plus, the free shuttle to SeaWorld saved us a ton on parking and made the trip super easy!

Fridge had an odd odor, but beds were comfy.

I was blown away by the breakfast! They had mini waffles you could actually finish and options for vegan diets—who knew? ! Plus, the hot water in the shower was a champion, even at peak times.

The room had a less-than-ideal smell and the bedside power options weren’t working, but overall, we made it work—even if our socks came out a bit blackened from the carpet!

I had a pleasant stay with clean rooms and a decent breakfast variety, including delicious warm waffles. However, the sofa bed in our room wasn't clean, and it was inconvenient that housekeeping didn't come by during our stay. This hotel is great for families visiting Sea World, but communication about housekeeping could be improved.

The location near SeaWorld was perfect for our family outing with the kids, and the shuttle service made it easy to get there without hassle. Breakfast had a nice variety, and my kids loved the waffles!

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds had a musty smell that wasn’t ideal, but it was spacious. The beds were comfy enough for a good night’s sleep. Plus, the bathroom had good water pressure in the shower. The room decor was nice, and I was really impressed with the breakfast variety—definitely not your average hotel fare! Just wish the scent situation was better. Oh, and parking is free, which is a plus!

This was just a reliable pick for short visits in San Antonio with fantastic value. The free breakfast had great choices, and the staff made sure everything was always stocked. Try to avoid weekends during peak seasons, as it can get crowded with noisy groups.
