We had an amazing stay at a beautiful apartment near Citta' Alta. the staff, especially Irene, Alexandra, and Mara, were terrific. the location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood with cafes nearby. the bed, particularly the canopy, was comfortable, and the security was good. We loved the Italian style of the hotel, with its huge, comfy rooms. the owner was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants and assisting with car parking. it was a fabulous experience and we hope to return.

Our Xmas stay was amazing! We loved the location of our room, right in the heart of the city center, which made it easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. the room was immaculately clean and the modern shower was a real plus. the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.

Our check-in experience was confusing as we had to wait for an hour before being able to leave our bags. Later, we received a stress call to check-in before 7pm, making us feel rushed.

We had a delightful stay at La Castellana Loft. The owner was incredibly responsive and even waited up for us when our train was delayed. The location on a charming shopping street was perfect, and the wifi was surprisingly reliable. The spacious bathroom and complimentary bottled water were nice touches. We also appreciated the owner's help in arranging a taxi, although it turned out to be more expensive than expected. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.
