We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped, with a nice welcome basket and amenities like hand gel and a mask. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh, with a variety of food options. The hotel is located in a peaceful area and there is a restaurant nearby that serves delicious food. Additionally, it is easy to reach Funchal by car or public transport, as the hotel is close to the bus station.

It was also conveniently located near the famous carreiros do Monte, which made it easy for us to explore the charming historic paths of the area.
