We recently had the pleasure of staying at a small boutique hotel in the heart of a beautiful city. the stunning historic building with its spiraling staircase at the center set the stage for an incredible experience. the design of the hotel was creative and whimsical, with perfectly appointed rooms and common areas. the staff, especially Martina at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the complimentary wine cellar happy hour, as well as the diverse breakfast options. the location of the hotel was ideal, close to everything we wanted to see and do.

The hotel boasts a great location, just minutes away from major attractions, restaurants, and sightseeing opportunities. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, giving guests a variety of options to choose from. The rooms themselves are clean and neat, with comfortable bedding and up-to-date amenities.

There are a few minor issues with the hotel's facilities that detract from the overall experience.

We stayed at this venue and it was great! The location is awesome, everything is 5 to 15 minutes away from here. Also, there is a coffee shop really close by, which we loved. The staff was very friendly and ready to help with any request we had. On the night shift, the reception was also very helpful.

Great location, near train station and cathedral. Clean rooms with comfy beds and big showers. Breakfast with lots of choices, even gluten free options. Quirky and beautifully decorated building. Helpful and friendly staff.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that The Frame Hotel is just a short walk away from major attractions. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had modern amenities, including USB chargers. it's a great value for the price. I highly recommend staying here.

frame exceeded my expectations. friendly staff, personalized service, and a quirky, beautifully decorated hotel made this stay memorable. excellent location, just minutes from the train station and the cathedral. it felt like a home away from home. definitely recommend!

Wifi was unreliable.

The hotel had a perfect location, just a short walk from the train station and close to all the beautiful streets of the city. It was also conveniently located near the canal, which was a lovely spot to visit. the hotel itself was beautifully decorated and had a stylish aesthetic. the room may have been small, but it had a big and comfortable bed, as well as a bathtub in the bathroom. the bath products smelled great too.

there was a mosquito issue in the room, which was quite annoying and affected my sleep. the breakfast situation was a bit confusing as I assumed it was included but it wasn't clearly communicated to me.

They gave us complimentary chocolates on arrival and a basket of Easter eggs during our stay which was a nice touch. the hotel was located near all the shops and attractions, making it easy to navigate around the area. the view from our room was beautiful.

Our room was quite small and the shower wasn't the best. I wouldn't recommend staying here during peak seasons.
