The hotel was beautifully situated in the countryside, offering serene views of the rolling hills from our room. the restaurant served excellent food, which we enjoyed on New Year's Eve. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel did not offer much in terms of entertainment or activities, leaving us searching for things to do during the day. the nearby town was quite small and lacked much to do outside of the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this unique hotel in a hilltop village. The staff were incredibly friendly and the dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The views from the hotel are unbeatable and the rooms, with their modern interiors in historic buildings, are stunning. The pool area is also gorgeous. I cannot recommend Aethos enough for its beautiful location, exceptional food, and overall brilliant balance of old and modern.
