It felt like a dream standing in the enchanting gardens, surrounded by the intoxicating scent of citrus trees. The hotel itself was pleasant and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The on-site restaurant, housed in a magnificent orangery overlooking the gardens, was a truly romantic dining experience. The food was authentic, delicious, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning gardens, impeccable service, and delightful dining options.

The access to Herculaneum using the local coastal train was excellent and stress-free, especially with the hotel's shuttle service to the station. The grandeur of this hotel from the old days of travel was evident in every aspect of our stay. The staff, particularly Giuseppe, provided a warm and welcoming experience. The hotel grounds, including the garden and terrace, were elegant and tranquil. The pool was stunning, and the scent throughout the hotel was delightful. The reception staff and bar staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. It truly felt like a special and peaceful oasis, perfect for a visit to Pompeii.

The evening meals at the hotel were quite expensive, especially for a group of guests like ours. It would have been more convenient if there was a bar meal option available, as it would have given us a more affordable dining choice.

I recently stayed at La Medusa Hotel and had a fantastic experience. Despite being located in an unassuming street, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful and the garden area was simply amazing. The pool and spa were clean and well-maintained, while the cardio gym offered a variety of equipment. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. The high-end restaurant and the fantastic breakfast on the terrace were definite highlights. I would gladly stay here again.

We were disappointed to discover that the restaurant was closed during our stay and there were no nearby dining options. the lack of local tourist information in the hotel made it difficult for us to explore and plan our activities.
