The property was sparkling clean and super comfortable. The view from our room was jaw-dropping, overlooking the ocean and town. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The complimentary wine and beach bags were a nice touch. The location was convenient with easy access to the main center. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The host, Mirko, was absolutely fantastic, providing helpful tips and even picking us up from the station. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We had a really welcoming arrival from Francesco and Francesca at La Ripa. They provided us with helpful information sent to my phone by Mirko, including excellent directions from the train station and where to use the lifts. The room was brand new and spotless, with a modern flare that we appreciated. The beds were SO comfortable. The hotel is located on top of a hill, offering amazing views of the city. Our hosts were extremely hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay special, with extra amenities like hand sanitiser and a bottle of wine. We can't recommend La Ripa highly enough!

We had a fantastic stay at a charming place high up in Rio Maggiore. The views from the hotel patio were amazing, and the room was spacious and clean. The staff, especially Mirko, were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The location felt safe and homey, and the community elevators were a great help with our luggage. We highly recommend La Ripa!

The staff kept us informed on WhatsApp during the trip buildup. Steps leading straight to the center and easy access to great hikes. The staff could not do more for us and the kids. Clean and spacious rooms. Complementary bottle of wine and beach bags. Beautiful view of the town. Location is nice and quiet but close to the town. Outdoor terrace is lovely.

Felt very well taken care of, no complaints at all.

Facilities and amenities were great for those with physical handicaps. The room had generous storage space, a comfortable bed, and a well-equipped kitchen. The air-conditioning was appreciated, and the shared patio with tables and chairs was a lovely addition. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
