The hotel is in a prime location, right next to the bustling Mamilla mall and a short walk to the Old City. We were able to explore the rich history and vibrant culture of the city with ease.

One aspect that could be improved is the design of the shower in the room. The glass is not large enough to prevent water from splashing outside, leaving the bathroom floor messy and wet.

Comfy beds, very quiet rooms, fast check-in, and friendly cleaning service. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the Western Wall. It is also next to a shopping mall with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was exceptional, particularly Hila at the front desk who was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to provide us with information about the history of the place. The concierge, who spoke Spanish, treated us with so much respect and kindness, ensuring our stay was wonderful.

I was amazed by the unparalleled service at Mamilla, where I stayed recently. The concierge, Stephane and Jaron, went above and beyond to sort out a reservation issue I had at another hotel. The breakfast buffet was a culinary delight, with a rich selection of fresh Israeli vegetables, fruits, cheeses, and hot dishes. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and delectable breakfast experience.

Had the best sleep in months!

We stayed on the 3rd floor of Mamilla Hotel, which is located above a busy street. However, the soundproofing was incredible, and it was the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. The hotel's comfort, from the lobby to the office center to the restaurants and bedroom, was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for a restful stay.
