i was almost going to give this place a decent review, but then the air conditioner didn’t work and there were no eggs at breakfast. shocking lack of consideration for guests, i’d think they’d at least upgrade my room for the inconvenience. oh, and don't even get me started on the terrible soundproofing, it was like a luod concert next door.

i had the unfortunate experience of a strong sewer smell in my room, which was just delightful. the staff were friendly, sure, but what about my expectations? no kettle in the room? wouldve been nice to request one to deal with all the nonsense i encountered. i almost gave a good review, but nope, just couldn’t.

Oh my gosh, the location is, like, totally on point! Just a hop, skip, and jump from Termini station. The staff were super chill and made breakfast simple but tasty—enough to start the day. The room was cozy, and I loved how clean it was every day! Although those church bells, like, woke me up at seven, lol.

The staff were super helpful, made dinner reservations, and surprised us at dinner too. Our economy double room was cozy, perfect for a couple, just a tad bit snug. Loved that they catered to different dietary needs at breakfast!

The area felt a bit rough, like it might surprise you with a shady character or two. And don’t get me started on the noise, my eardrums went on strike!

We visited the Colosseum and enjoyed some gelato afterward. The location was super convenient, close to public transport. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast had a good variety. Overall, it met our needs and was perfect for our group vacation!
