I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful farm property in the hills near Assisi. The views were absolutely breathtaking and the sunsets were stunning. The room was comfortable and had a great view as well.

We stayed at Le Mandrie for a week and it was an incredible experience. The organic products produced on-site made the restaurant meals truly delicious. The swimming pool was a nice addition, and the view from the hotel was simply fantastic. Hiking on Monte Subasio was a magical experience, with the effort being worth it for the amazing view at the top. The professional service provided by the team, including sending our forgotten items back home, was greatly appreciated.

The spacious apartment was perfect for us and our dog, and the owners were incredibly dog-friendly. The location, nestled between Assisi and Spello, was ideal for exploring the beautiful Umbrian countryside. The restaurant at the villa served some of the best food we've ever had, all made from their own produce. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool during the quieter weekdays. We highly recommend a visit to their olive oil mill and taking the official walks in the stunning surroundings. a fantastic experience that we would love to repeat!

Le Mandrie is like a hidden gem, with breathtaking views, a tranquil garden, and delicious food. The staff were lovely and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

I didn't particularly enjoy the smell of poultry cages near the pool, but hey, at least it's an authentic farm experience!

We stayed at Le Mandrie Di San Paolo for a few days during our trip to Italy. The view from the hotel was absolutely incredible, overlooking the beautiful valley below. The onsite restaurant had a wide selection of dinner choices and provided a much-needed break after exploring Assisi's basilicas. The breakfast spread in the morning was delightful, offering various treats, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juices. The service provided by Alex, the owner, was exceptional. He truly cares about the property, guests, farm, and employees. The farm-to-table food was a highlight of our entire trip, with most ingredients coming from the hotel's own farm or nearby sources. The hotel's olive oil, which has won two gold medals at the Athens international olive oil contest, is simply amazing. The accommodations were comfortable and nicely appointed, with our room even having air conditioning. The peaceful setting amidst terraced olive groves made us feel like we were in a serene paradise. With only 15 rooms, the hotel provided a personalized and special experience for all guests. Assisi was our favorite destination, and much of that was thanks to Alex and his lovely property. We highly recommend Le Mandrie Di San Paolo to all travelers, including families with children. We are already planning our return visit.

Quaint, charming, private, secure with old world Italian style and décor. Spotlessly clean with helpful and efficient staff. Beautiful views, delicious self-made food. EXCELLENT location near Assisi.

We had a wonderful stay at Le Mandrie Di San Paolo Villa. The spacious apartment and dog-friendly owners made us feel right at home. The restaurant on-site was excellent, serving delicious farm-to-table food. The highlight of our trip was hiking on Monte Subasio, a magical and challenging experience with breathtaking views. The professional service at the hotel was exceptional, as they even helped us send our forgotten walking sticks back to Belgium. We highly recommend this property to all travelers, especially those with kids.

The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful valley below. It was such a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The food served at the on-site restaurant was outstanding, with a great variety of options to choose from. And the fact that they practice self-sustaining agriculture was really impressive, knowing that all the food is raised on the farm.

The drive up to the hotel was a bit challenging, especially for those not familiar with manual transmission. Some of the roads were narrow and steep, which could be stressful for certain drivers.
