Excellent view, clean rooms, new furniture, good toiletries. Very quiet area. Breakfast with fresh coffee, croissants, juice, ham, salami, cheese. Friendly owner, helpful communication. Has a few rooms with pool or Jacuzzi. Highly recommended and would visit again.

We had a fantastic stay at Le Origini Bed & Breakfast. the property is beautifully presented and situated in a high location with stunning views of the ancient town. the quadruple suite we stayed in was spacious and had a small terrace with wonderful views. the bed was extremely comfortable and the modern bathroom, recently restored, had excellent facilities. the owners, Anna and Savirio, were a lovely couple and provided us with great assistance and tips. They spoke excellent English.

The hotel is conveniently located directly next to the old city center, making it easy to explore everything Matera has to offer. You can walk to the old town, where you'll find great bars and excellent restaurants, such as I Baccus. The rooms are clean and modern, and the bathrooms have plenty of hot water. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. They provide an excellent breakfast every morning.

Some guests mentioned that the WiFi was not working properly during their stay.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided. The hotel had convenient parking and was located directly next to the old city center, making it easy for us to explore. There were several good restaurants close by, offering a variety of dining options. The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious and had a great view of the surrounding area. I especially loved the rooms with the hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location, close to the old town and the caves, was ideal for easy access to all the attractions. The breakfast, with its homemade cakes and local selections, was a delightful start to the day.
