The breakfast and location were nice. It offered a variety of food and was well prepared. The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and cafes. the room was clean and comfortable.

The amenities were not as advertised. The pool was also small and not suitable for more than a couple of families.

I had a great stay here. The location is perfect, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The service was excellent, with 24-hour room service, car hire, and tours available. The staff members were very friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a television. The leisure facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, were also very enjoyable. I had a fantastic experience and would recommend staying here to anyone.

I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel.

We had a pleasant stay at Gerasa. The rooms were clean and the pictures online accurately represented our experience. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to taxis and attractive places in the city. The staff was helpful and accommodating, especially in arranging transportation. Despite some noise from nearby construction, it was tolerable. we would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, and friendly service.
