The hotel had a great location, fantastic rooms, and excellent amenities. The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. The Turkish steam shower was a highlight, and the breakfast served in the room was a delightful experience. The bed was comfortable and the decor was luxurious.

One of the highlights was the breakfast that was brought to our room each morning, it was fresh and delicious. the location of the hotel was also perfect, close to many attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, the hotel had a unique feature that I really enjoyed, a steam room in the ensuite bathroom.

There really weren't any negative aspects to our stay at this hotel. the only minor inconvenience was that our room didn't have a laundry service, but this wasn't a major issue for us.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, with a perfect blend of luxury and coziness. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from major landmarks and away from the tourist frenzy. The staff treated us like family, offering friendly and helpful service throughout our stay. We felt right at home.

The breakfast selection could have been better, with more options for a fulfilling meal.

The hotel's location is very close to Piazza San Marco, making it convenient to explore the city. It is also situated in a lesser travelled area, which provides a quieter atmosphere away from the main tourist pathways. The hotel facilities are fantastic, and the rooms are modern, clean, and well-equipped. The staff, particularly Laura and Marco at the reception, were extremely friendly and helpful with information and services. The breakfast served in the room was a nice personal touch.

The price was quite expensive for what was offered. The mattress was not very comfortable, as it consisted of two single mattresses pushed together with a noticeable gap in between.
