Amazing old building, perfect location, attentive staff, delicious food, and beautiful pools.

We recently had a fantastic family getaway in a charming hacienda. The location was perfect, just a short walk from a stunning park with amazing rock formations. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly friendly and the food was absolutely delicious, especially the soup! Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was top-notch and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The breakfast included was scrumptious and gave us the energy to explore the nearby attractions. We also appreciated the facilities available, such as the sauna and fireplace in the suite. a truly memorable experience!

The price for the nights was a bit on the high side for the comfort offered.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and cozy ambiance of Hacienda Santa Maria Regla. The historical charm of the building was truly captivating. The staff went out of their way to make us feel spoiled and comfortable during our stay. Mrs. Carmen, our tour guide, provided excellent explanations of the surroundings. Carlos at the front desk was incredibly helpful. The restaurant staff was accommodating, even going off-menu to cater to our preferences. The politeness of every staff member was commendable.

I must mention that the price of the rooms seemed a bit high for the level of comfort provided. Additionally, the lack of WiFi in the rooms was slightly inconvenient.

The location and historical background were awesome. The staff was kind, nice, and helpful. The rooms were clean and the blankets were warm. The Hacienda was unique and beautiful.

Transport yourself back in time with this rustic gem! the lack of modern amenities and technology is actually a plus in the middle of nature. the impressive waterfall in the surrounding park is worth the trip alone and the location is perfect for visiting all the beautiful surrounding towns. the food stands just outside the hotel offer yummy local options.

While the hotel is charming, the service can be a bit slow and mediocre at times. the lack of WiFi in the rooms and the hard queen size beds may not be to everyone's taste.

The amenities in the room were excellent, with a cozy sitting area where I could relax after a long day of exploring. The dining experience at the restaurant was top-notch, offering a variety of delicious dishes. The bar/lounge area was also a great spot to unwind with a drink. And let's not forget the stunning outdoor swimming pool and the tranquil garden area - perfect for some leisurely moments.

This place is highly recommended for families.
