Amazing location, walking distance to historic center. Superb view from higher floor and restaurant. Indoor swimming pool with breathtaking view. Great food, excellent breakfast with best pancake ever. Extensive wine list at gourmet restaurant. Easy parking. Extremely safe with gated entrance. Quiet rooms with good noise isolation.

The staff arranged a mobility scooter for my mother with limited mobility. Excellent communication and attention to detail for an outstanding hotel. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the facilities are excellent, including a spa for ultimate relaxation. The breakfast selection was great and enjoyed with a peaceful view of the lake. Truly a magnificent stay.

The breakfast had a great variety and tasted amazing. Can't say enough nice things about this hotel. We were made to feel really special, which is exactly what you want when on honeymoon. The food and service in the restaurant were excellent.

The location, management, cuisine, and beautiful garden with breathtaking views made our stay at this hotel a true paradise of serenity. The upgraded suite, panoramic views, and quiet pool area added luxury and relaxation to our honeymoon. The hotel bar had an amazing selection of cocktails, and the staff were friendly.

We recently celebrated our anniversary at a hotel on Lake Garda and had a fantastic time. Our room had a stunning lake view and a terrace where we could sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery. the staff was incredibly welcoming and even upgraded our room. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel's restaurant, with impeccable service and delectable food.

The hotel boasts a beautiful setting on Lake Garda and a stunning remodel of a former Hapsburg Palace. The rooms are modern, spacious, and comfortable, with lovely lake views. The breakfasts are delicious and the spa facilities and treatments are excellent. The staff, especially at the spa and front desk, are impeccable.

The building had a nice mix of old and contemporary styles, and the surrounding park was beautiful. the junior suite we stayed in had a stunning view of the lake and mountains. One advantage was the well-secured area with electronic gates that could be opened using our room key.

The room design was not practical. the lighting was complicated, the bathroom was small and the shower was inconvenient.

The hotel had a completely modern refurbished antique building. the staff were warm, discreet, and very professional. the location was right by the lakeside but felt secluded.

The room decoration was poor and gave a cheap feel. the service and staff were inconsistent, with some being exceptional and others poorly trained.
