The staff and hotel were phenomenal with a beautiful location on the lake. They arranged transfers and had excellent facilities and pools. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout the hotel. The spa area offered many options, and the restaurants served delicious gourmet food. The rooms were large and comfortable with nice amenities. The decor and grounds were stunning. The Bali Bar was a great spot for evening drinks and appetizers. this hotel is a dream.

The spa facilities were fantastic, with indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The location provided easy access to the lake and scenic lakeside walks.

Our room had a stunning lake view and a terrace where we could sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery. the staff was incredibly welcoming and even upgraded our room. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel's restaurant, with impeccable service and delectable food.

The room was well-maintained and had a nice view of the front lawn. The service was excellent, from the helpful front desk staff to the friendly breakfast staff. Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious with a wide variety of options. The spa services were top-notch, and the massage I had was one of the best I've ever had. The hotel boasts a beautiful setting on Lake Garda and a stunning remodel of a former Hapsburg Palace. The rooms are modern, spacious, and comfortable, with lovely lake views. The building had a nice mix of old and contemporary styles, and the surrounding park was beautiful. the junior suite we stayed in had a stunning view of the lake and mountains. One advantage was the well-secured area with electronic gates that could be opened using our room key.

The room design was not practical. the lighting was complicated, the bathroom was small and the shower was inconvenient.
