The grounds and the building were in impeccable condition, and my room was clean and spacious. The staff members were courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Despite not speaking French fluently, all the staff members spoke English and made me feel welcome. The hot breakfast was absolutely delicious, and it was evident that the entire team put a lot of effort into making every guest's stay enjoyable. I also appreciated the convenience of being able to walk to the mall and other amenities nearby.

The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing, with cold food and not-so-fresh muffins. Some of the food options were hit and miss for our group, although the Caesar salad with grilled chicken was amazing.

The hotel's location is perfect for sports enthusiasts, being close to the major sporting events center, Place Bell, where you can catch games of the Laval Rockets, an American Hockey League franchise. the hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to travel to downtown Montreal.

The breakfast buffet could use some improvement with a wider variety of options available.
