The room was quite small and cramped, especially the bathroom area. the proximity of the toilet to the shower made it uncomfortable for me. The entry stairs posed a significant challenge without staff assistance for our bags, which made the arrival experience less enjoyable. Additionally, we encountered a mix-up with our room key on the first night, leading to an awkward situation that could have been easily avoided with better organization.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring the city, just a short walk from the Termini station. I also enjoyed a delightful breakfast each morning.

Accessibility was an issue due to the many stairs leading to the lobby. The elevators were also quite small, causing delays during peak hours.
