The value for our money was great and the room was beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and lovely view. The location was perfect, near the lake and town, and the staff treated us very well.

We enjoyed our stay at Mat-Su Resort. The room was clean and had a fresh, new look. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were fluffy and supportive. We loved the view of Wasilla Lake from our small patio. Parking was convenient, with front row spots right in front of our room. The location near the lake and town was beautiful.

Although there were a few drawbacks, like the lack of air conditioning, we found that opening the windows at night kept us comfortable. Additionally, the motel-style layout with exterior doors was not an issue for us, but it may not be everyone's preference.

The view of the lake was amazing, and the room had a great size. The bed was super comfy and the linens were nice. Additionally, the resort staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable.

Difficult to find the check-in location, especially in the dark. No air conditioning in the rooms and thin walls, making it noisy.

As the final stop on our 15-day Alaskan adventure, we found the newly opened Mat-Su Resort to be the perfect base for exploring the surrounding areas. Situated on a beautiful lake, the location was ideal for visiting attractions like the Matanuska glacier, Hatcher Pass, and Palmer. Our spacious and clean room had all the amenities we needed, including a microwave and refrigerator. The enormous and comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. We enjoyed dining on our outdoor patio, where we were treated to the sight of a sea plane landing on the lake. While kayaks and canoes were not available during our stay, we hope the resort will offer them in the future.

We had a fantastic weekend at a newly opened property on a beautiful lake. the location was perfect, with easy access to town and scenic views of the lake. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the adjoining restaurant and appreciated the secure parking and well-maintained grounds.

There were a few areas that could be improved upon. the WiFi was unreliable and the staff didn't provide much assistance.

During my stay, I encountered a small issue with the sink in my room being clogged. However, the staff promptly addressed the problem and had it fixed in no time.
