We love the fantastic location right across from the bustling market and the easy access to gondola rides nearby. The cozy room offered beautiful canal views, making our mornings special. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, enhancing our group experience.

One downside was the cramped bathroom, which could use some updates.

the location is amazin, just a stone's throw from the rialto bridge. the staff are super friendly and really helpfull. breakfast was served with a stunning view of the grand canal which made startin' my day all the better. the room was cleaned properly and comfy. loved the amenities in the room and the hot shower was great,

however, the bathroom felt kinda cramped and could use some updates. also, communication with the manager about a refund after checkout was really frustrating and never got resolved.

I loved the large room with great water pressure and the relaxing breakfast vibe overlooking the Grand Canal! There’s a cozy lounge and a beautiful courtyard where you can just unwind.
