The hotel is well located and easily accessible from the train station. The meals were of good quality and had a variety of options. The all-inclusive option was a good decision and offered improved quality sun beds.

The hotel is outdated and could do with renovations. The rooms and bathrooms need an update to match the price charged.

Our room, with a poolside and partial sea view, was absolutely fantastic. It was stylish, modern, and spotless. I've stayed in many hotels before, but this one was on another level. The food was out of this world. Every bite felt like heaven, with so much variety and delicious flavors. The staff were professional, fun, and down to earth. The animation team was amazing with my kids, and they made friends from all over the world. The spa was an added bonus, with a gym, sauna, steam room, and pool. The nearby beaches were perfect, and there was plenty to do in the area, like boat trips and bike riding. The customer service was impeccable, and I truly felt relaxed and taken care of during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a fantastic holiday experience.

We had a fantastic time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful beach. We enjoyed taking part in the water sports available there. I recently stayed at Hotel Florida Park for a relaxing beach getaway. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even to our lively group of friends. It is also situated on the shopping/hotel boulevard within walking distance of the beach and Santa Susanna train station. the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly.

The hotel could use some refurbishments as the rooms were average and not luxurious, with limited amenities such as no tea or coffee making facilities.
