The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay. The location was ideal, just steps away from Piazza Navona and within walking distance of all the main tourist sites. The room was comfortable and clean, with a cozy Italian feel. The breakfast at the nearby café was delicious, and the complimentary biscuits and chocolates in the evening were a nice touch. I felt safe and well taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was superb, just a short walk from Piazza Navona and surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing complimentary beverages in the room and giving us a map and orientation of the city upon arrival. They even arranged an airport transfer for us. We would happily stay at Locanda Navona again.

We loved being able to easily visit attractions in the morning, take a nap back at the hotel, and then explore more in the evening. the hotel itself, called Locanda Navona, was fantastic. Our family room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a renovated bathroom that exceeded our expectations. the room was equipped with modern amenities like a TV, air conditioning, and a small fridge. We were pleasantly surprised to find a kettle with a minibar stocked with coffee, tea, cakes, water, and juice that was refilled daily at no extra cost. While the hotel did not offer breakfast, the minibar provided more than enough to start our day. the atmosphere outside the hotel was also charming, with a street full of restaurants and bars. At night, live music played below our window until 10 PM, creating a relaxing and enjoyable ambiance. the hotel staff was another standout aspect of our stay. They were kind, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. On our last day, they even gave us two lovely paintings as gifts. I highly recommend Locanda Navona and will definitely choose it again on my next trip to this city.
