In the first big square, you come to, you can find a variety of charming local businesses to explore. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, making it a peaceful place to stay while still being within a reasonable walking distance of major sights like the Frari, Scuola Grande di San Rocco, Ca' Pesaro, and Palazzo Mocenigo.

the staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. They were knowledgeable and always ready to help with directions or any other needs we had. the hotel was impeccably clean and had a lovely decor that added to the charm of the city. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with additional sleeping options for larger groups. the best feature of this hotel, however, was its superb location. It was centrally located and within walking distance of all the main attractions, including the bus and train stations. I cannot stress enough how perfect the location was for exploring the city.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming property with a delightful Juliet balcony overlooking the beautiful canal. the staff, especially Leonardo, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. the breakfast cappuccino was absolutely divine. the location of the inn is perfect, situated in a 16th-century palazzo and conveniently close to various points of interest. It's just a short walk to both the bus and train stations, as well as the Rialto bridge. it's just a stone's throw away from the vaporetto stop San Stae. Booklovers will also appreciate the nearby building that once housed Aldo Manuzio's print shop. Don't miss the chance to visit the nearby church of Santa Maria Mater Domini.

I recently stayed at this small hotel for a few nights and it was a delightful experience. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist me with any questions or concerns. The hotel's location is perfect, allowing for easy exploration of various areas within a short walking distance. I also appreciated the option to have a porter assist with my bags from the nearby train station. Additionally, the breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a variety of options including cold meats, cheese, pastries, and fresh fruit juices.

I recently stayed at the lovely Locanda Sant'Agostin for 10 nights. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. The breakfast selection was delicious and there was plenty to choose from. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a fridge. The renovated bathroom was beautiful, complete with a towel heater. The location was superb, centrally located but in a quiet area, with restaurants and shops nearby. I also appreciated the 24-hour reception for added security. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
