My stay at this hotel was fantastic! I had a great time because the hotel had everything I needed. the location was perfect as it was close to all the attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. It made it so convenient for me to explore and enjoy my time in the area. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive. They made me feel very welcome and made sure that everything was taken care of. The basic amenities in the room were also great - everything was clean and tidy, and the beds were super comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast in the morning was delicious, even though it wasn't included in the room rate.

All in all, my stay was great and I didn't encounter any major issues.

The staff was exceptional, accommodating, and made us feel welcome without being overbearing. The location was convenient, with restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The pool area, lobby, and rooms had a nice aesthetic.

The staff at the hotel promptly replaced my fridge when it was out of order, saving my ruined food and insulin. The pillows were also very comfortable, and the location of the hotel was excellent for my needs.

Sadly, the restaurant at the hotel is no longer available, and the breakfast quality has declined. Additionally, there is a room tax of $10 per night, which was a bit of a surprise.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the comfortable beds and the friendly and helpful staff. the lobby and lounge area were nicely decorated and created a welcoming atmosphere. the hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was conveniently close to restaurants and bars within walking distance. Additionally, the access to the Metrorail in Arcadia was a great feature, allowing for easy transportation around the area.

The hotel location is convenient, as it is right next to the freeway and close to different food places. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, with plenty of plugs at the work desk. Platinum members were provided with a free drink or entree. The hot tub area is a highlight, with three hot tubs of different sizes for privacy.

The lack of a concierge service was a drawback.

We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast we received for the inconvenience of changing rooms due to freeway noise. The nearby neighborhood had great local eateries and a Starbucks. we recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. They were accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. the hotel had great views and the room was clean and comfortable. There were also plenty of restaurants and a shopping plaza nearby, making it convenient for dining and entertainment options.

The noise from the nearby freeway was very loud and constant, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Even on higher floors, the noise was still a problem.

Excellent location, cozy and comfortable room, friendly staff, breathtaking view of San Gabriel Mountains.

Convenient proximity to City of Hope. Helpful staff assisted with wheelchair use after guest accident. Safety and security were maintained throughout the stay. Comfortable beds. Warm, welcoming, and accommodating staff always ready to please.

Extremely warm, sincere, courteous staff. Andrea and Rodolfo in the bar/restaurant area were exceptional. Reception staff gave a warm welcome. Good variety of selections for breakfast, though more fruit options would be appreciated. Free onsite parking available. Marriott branding adds credibility. Rooms are conveniently located on each level.

The Courtyard exceeded expectations: safety, security, wonderful beds, and convenient location. The staff, especially Andrea and Rodolfo, were warm, sincere, and courteous. Reception staff provided a warm welcome. The property and location were excellent. The pillows were heavenly.

Clean property, quiet building, comfortable king and sofa room, small but clean bathroom, fair-sized pool, multiple jacuzzi options.

The hotel had a great location right next to the freeway, making it easily accessible. The rooms offered a beautiful view of the mountains, and the thermostat allowed us to control the temperature to our liking. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, ensuring that everything worked smoothly during our stay.

All was well, no improvements needed.
