The hotel's location is perfect, close to all the major sights. Staff were extremely helpful in organizing trips for us. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of choices. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic! The room had a beautiful view of the lagoon and the location was perfect, just a short walk to San Marco Square. The staff treated us with friendliness and helpfulness throughout our stay.

One small suggestion to make the breakfast even better would be to have the options written out for guests to see. This would avoid any confusion and allow guests to make their choices more easily.

I had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to transportation and St. Mark's Square. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast provided a wide variety of choices. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even going above and beyond to hold on to an item I left behind.

The hotel had a stunning view of the sea and was conveniently located near a famous square. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even offered a free transfer service from the main entrance to the hotel's private canal entrance. It was a great way to start the trip.

The room was not prepared before bedtime on the first night, which was unexpected for a four-star hotel. the Wi-Fi was also a bit intermittent, which made it difficult to stay connected.

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and it was absolutely perfect. The location is amazing, right on the waterfront with stunning views of the lagoon. The rooftop bar/restaurant was a highlight, offering intimate and exclusive dining experiences with a reasonably priced menu. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the waiter provided discreet yet attentive service. it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the fact that the hotel offered a private dock, making it convenient for us to arrive and depart by private taxi. the location was also fantastic, just minutes away from the main square and right on the lagoon, allowing for easy travel. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

One of the downsides was the breakfast. Although it was offered, it was quite simple and could benefit from a wider selection.

The view from our room was stunning, overlooking the lagoon. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was cooked to order. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. We were even upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi and lagoon view, which was an incredible bonus. a fantastic experience and highly recommended.
