I had a great stay at a hotel in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the Santa Maria Novella station. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Free Wi-Fi was a bonus, and the hotel was within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions such as the Duomo, Accademia, Uffizi, and Ponte Vecchio. Lorena, the hotel's name was not only conveniently located but also provided excellent service.
