The hotel location was excellent, in a very safe and desirable area, with the American Embassy nearby. Easy access to all tourist attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. Tea/coffee facilities in the room were a bonus. The hotel staff were professional, informative, and non-intrusive. The cleaning staff did a great job, ensuring the beds were made up and towels replaced daily.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay at Ludovisi Palace. The location was perfect, with most attractions within walking distance. The staff, especially Genevre, was incredibly helpful and friendly, even holding onto our luggage while we explored other cities. The hotel itself was beautiful and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and spacious bathrooms. The cleaning service was top-notch, and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. the staff's Italian politeness and kindness made our stay truly memorable.

I had an incredible stay at Ludovisi Palace. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to popular attractions like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The room was clean and comfortable, with a refreshing AC and a TV with multiple channels. I appreciated having a kettle with coffee and tea, as well as a safe for my belongings. The breakfast, although not too varied, was decent. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend Ludovisi Palace for its location, cleanliness, and comfort.

This hotel is in an amazing location, with popular attractions just a short walk away. It is also conveniently close to a hop-on, hop-off bus stop. The price we paid was quite fair, and the room was clean and comfortable. The service we received from the staff was excellent, and they were very helpful in providing us with information about the city.

We had a fantastic romantic escape in a beautiful hotel in a prime location. The room was spacious with a stunning bathroom, complete with his and her sinks and a large bathtub/shower combo. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us when our luggage was lost. The hotel's customer service was top-notch. Two major advantages were the perfect location, within walking distance to all the tourist sites, and the quiet and peaceful street the hotel was on. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

There were a few minor downsides during our stay. the hotel entrance had stairs, which made it a bit challenging to carry our baby stroller up and down.

The cleaners did a great job. The location is close to attractions and public transport. The mirror features in the rooms were handy.
