The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing us to enjoy a restful night's sleep. We also enjoyed the stunning views from the large windows in our room.

Very clean. Great shower with good pressure. Comfortable bed and couch. Spacious room. Lovely sky spa with excellent water pressure in showers and a good bathtub. Close to Saitama Super Arena, about 15 min train ride or 20 min walk. Beautiful with gold accents. High quality amenities available, including spa and hot water pot. Soft mattress. Would stay here again for concerts in the future. Nice and stylish vibe. Good sauna and relaxing onsen with city view.

The location near Omiya Station was incredibly convenient for exploring the area. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like providing slippers and a hotel robe for our child. The staff were attentive and quick to respond to our requests for cutlery. The highlight was the hot bath on the top floor, offering a relaxing soak with a beautiful sky view from the outdoor bath. we had a great staycation here.

The hotel felt very homey, and there was no reason to complain.

The hotel provided a speedy and reliable Wi-Fi connection, which was a big plus. the beds were very comfortable, providing us with a good night’s rest. the hotel is perfectly situated within short walking distance from the local metro station, making it easy to navigate and explore the area.

The room was quite compact, and we found it challenging to move about with our luggage. the noise level from the nearby elevator hall was a little too much to bear at times.

The hotel has a fantastic sky spa on the top floor with indoor and outdoor baths, offering a beautiful view of the city. The rooms are beautifully decorated with luxurious wood-style walls and bed frames. There are multiple electrical outlets, perfect for charging all electronic devices. The staff is polite and efficient, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is also conveniently located near the metro, only a 5-minute walk from Omiya Station.
