The hotel is located in a nice area, central to a lot of attractions, making it convenient to explore the city. The Spanish Steps, Vatican, and Trevi Fountain were all within walking distance, allowing us to easily visit all the sightseeing attractions, bars, and shops. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a touch of vintage decor that added to their charm. We especially loved the jacuzzi in our room, which provided a luxurious and relaxing experience. The service and staff at this hotel were exceptional. Beatrice and her colleagues were welcoming and informative, going above and beyond to make our stay feel like a home away from home. They provided helpful recommendations for places to go, eat, shop, and explore, ensuring that we made the most of our time in the city. The breakfast included at this hotel was delicious, with a fabulous selection of gluten-free products. The waiter/waitress even made personalized coffees in the morning, adding an extra touch to the dining experience.

The coffee in the morning was fantastic, just what we were needing. the room was pretty small, but perfect for a romantic escape. And the service was top-notch, friendly and accommodating. Plus, the location is just what we wanted, close to all the key areas we wanted to visit.

The directions weren't very clear, and the hotel was kind of a challenge to find. When we eventually arrived, the hostess wasn't there to welcome us, and we were left standing in the rain waiting for a while.

We had an amazing 3-night stay at Luxury On The River. The location was superb, with all major attractions within walking distance. The staff, especially Beatrice and the male employee, were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The rooms were modern, clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Communication for arrival and check-in was seamless. The hotel provided excellent value for money with complimentary facilities such as a safe and a reasonably priced minibar. an outstanding experience.
