Had a great time at Oran Hotel, Istanbul! Stayed for 9 nights and couldn't find any complaints. The staff, especially Mr. Ercan, Mr. Cemal, and Mr. Kadir, were incredibly helpful. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-situated, close to the metro, tram. The area is safe, with nice restaurants nearby, including the famous Boza place. Loved the free Turkish bath, sauna, and massage options, and the panoramic restaurant with its stunning view of the Bosphorus. Will definitely come back soon!

The service here was top-notch, with 24-hour room service, car hire, and even a doctor on call. The room itself was well-appointed and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed, a lovely bathroom, and a spacious TV. The hotel also had a fantastic spa and wellness center, where I was able to relax and enjoy a massage. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. the hotel is situated in a great location, near popular tourist sites and close to public transportation. the hotel offers a spa area with a Turkish bath, sauna, and hot tub, which are included in the room rate.

The front desk staff did not speak English well and had difficulty with the credit card machine, pressuring us to pay in cash. the breakfast room lacked any panoramic views and the street outside the hotel was not the best.

We had a minor issue with the fridge in our room, but the hotel staff quickly resolved it and apologized for any inconvenience. They were attentive and made sure we had a comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel for their prompt service and willingness to assist guests.

Plus, there was a handy bus station nearby for further adventures. We loved grabbing a morning coffee at the cozy Daphne cafe, which was right down the block from the hotel. The room we stayed in was cozy and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The best part was the breakfast spread, which had a wide variety of delicious options that catered to everyone's tastes. the location and amenities of this hotel made it a perfect choice for our family vacation.
