I simply adored the elegant decorations in the common areas of the hotel. the warm cherry wood accents and marble details brought a touch of sophistication that made me feel like a proper lady of grace. the hotel's easy accessibility, with no unnecessary stairs or obstacles, was a relief for a senior like me.

The children working there could consider adding more comfortable seating in the lobby.

The central location of this hotel is unbeatable, just across the road from the main train station making it super convenient to explore all the tourist spots on foot. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries. Despite being in the middle of renovations, the value for money was excellent.

The shower in the bathroom was a bit outdated, lacking a proper soap holder, but it was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise pleasant experience at Madison Hotel Rome.
